Classes are open to all from complete beginners to those with more experience of yoga.
I am trained in Anusara yoga which is a lovely combination of alignment and dynamism. Anusara is a lovely dynamic form of yoga with fantastic alignment principles that enable us to both practise correctly and safely whilst also getting a really good workout for the body and heart.
I have also been very involved in Buddhism and meditation having lived for 6 years in a meditation retreat centre in the UK and like to bring the meditative aspect of yoga out in my classes.
Yoga is fantastic for building strength, agility and balance in the body, and helps to focus the mind. All qualities that are essential for practising these, and indeed any, sports.
All the classes last 1:30 hrs.
