The classes consist of eight different steps in which each individual will participate. Each step will open all of the senses in able to enjoy in a dynamic and fun way each aspect of the class.
First you will have an Introduction to Peruvian Gastronomy. Our chefs will explain about Peruvian cuisine, ingredients, native products, people, culture, techniques of the Peruvian kitchen, how Peruvians eat, what Peruvians eat, etc.
You will visit the Market: This space is a recreation of the local market with some avant-garde and vintage touches.
Throughout the class the chefs from Marcelo Batata Restaurant and Uchu Peruvian Steakhouse & Contemporary Cuisine will surprise you with some amuse bouche or starters dishes which will help each participant to have a better understanding of Peruvian Cuisine.
At the end of the class you will understand Peruvian cuisine and culture in a different way.
